My tips to enjoying a beautiful sunrise hike.

  1. Decide you’re doing it the night before, pack your bag and get your clothes out before bed.
  2. Sounds simple but don’t forget to set your alarm – factor in travel and hiking time to the spot.
  3. Don’t forget your seat mat & warm layers.
  4. Snacks and a hot drink is always a must for me.
  5. Whether you go alone or with friends – take a photo but don’t forget to enjoy just being too.

My Top 5 Morning Rituals


Starting the day with simple, intentional habits helps me feel grounded, energised, and ready for whatever adventure comes next. Here are the five rituals I follow every morning without fail:

1. Drink a pint of water
2. Morning stretches
3. A dog walk in nature
4. Read at least 10 pages of a self-growth book
5. Enjoy a black coffee
