I’ve always believed that life feels better when we slow down, get outside, and reconnect with nature. For me, that means moving more simply, hiking miles of trails, working out and running in the fresh air, and fueling myself with food that’s easy, tasty, and budget-friendly.

My goal isn’t to present a “perfect” lifestyle, it’s to share an honest, real one. Sometimes that looks like hitting a big trail milestone, completing a personal challenge I’ve set myself, sometimes it’s just enjoying a peaceful dog walk in the countryside or enjoying a homemade snack with a view.


I want to share with you the things that I believe help me to get the most out of my life, to live healthy and to feel motivated to do more and push myself everyday.
